A Commercial Architecture project designed by Empowered Spaces Architects for the new Cummins Head Office in Johannesburg.
The new office and industrial facility is located in Waterfall, Midrand. It is next to N1 Highway linking Johannesburg & Pretoria.
The site not only offer great views of the surround but, due to its raised elevation, also offer great views of the facility from all directions.

Utilizing glazing mixed with shading louvres, the architects’ design uses hierarchical forms. These forms combined with the juxtaposition of materials create a project that is great to photograph.

The photography centered around the office facility and the incorporation of aforementioned materials.
